The Process


Because the client needed five hires across three different functions, the focus was on building a structured recruitment campaign rather than filling roles individually.


We began by working with the leadership team to define the technical and behavioural requirements for each position and to understand how the roles would interact within the wider organisation.


From there we:

  • Built a target candidate pool across engineering, production and technical sales disciplines

  • Launched targeted outreach to individuals working in relevant engineering manufacturing environments

  • 28 candidates screened across all five roles

All five positions were successfully filled within a 10-week campaign, maintaining momentum across each function.
